Privacy Policy
How zombielove handles your private photos, account information, payments and AI videos.
Private by default
We store your account ID, email, uploaded images, generation records, consent and payment references to provide this service. Photos and videos are in private Supabase Storage buckets. They are not automatically published as examples or offered for model training by zombielove.
Service providers
Supabase processes authentication, database records and private media. KIE and its underlying Seedance model provider receive signed access to the normalized photos and story instructions for generation. Waffo Pancake handles checkout and payment information. We do not store your complete card details.
Retention and deletion
Local browser photo drafts expire after one hour. Unsubmitted uploads are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours; inputs are scheduled for deletion seven days after a task ends, and delivered videos expire after 30 days. Deleting a story denies new access immediately and schedules deletion of our stored objects within 24 hours. Existing short-lived signed links may remain valid until expiry.
Third-party retention
Deleting a story here covers our storage only. KIE states generated media is retained for 14 days and logs for two months. Its input-photo retention and downstream-model handling still require launch verification. We cannot promise deletion of every third-party copy from a click here.
Your choices
Upload photos only with permission. You can delete a story in your library and request account deletion or a copy of your personal data through Contact. We retain payment and audit records where needed for accounting and disputes. This policy must be reviewed against actual provider settings before public launch.
