Terms & Refund Policy
One-time video credits, delivery, failed generations, quality reports and refunds for zombielove.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 and have permission from each person pictured. Only adult human photos and cat or dog photos are supported. You retain rights in your uploads and grant the processing permission needed to create your requested video.
One-time credits
Single Story costs $6.90 for one credit; Story Pack costs $14.90 for three credits. Prices are in USD, with applicable taxes shown at checkout. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. A credit is reserved when a task starts and consumed only after a reviewed video is delivered.
Failures and quality reports
Final generation failures, review rejection and delivery timeouts release the reserved credit automatically. A credit release is not a cash refund. AI may produce imperfect identity or motion. Report a significant identity, role or motion problem from your story page; support may approve one free remake after review.
Cash refunds
Contact support with your order reference to request a refund for unused purchased credits or a billing error. Refunds are processed through Pancake. A refund removes credits belonging to that purchase; partial refunds or purchases already used or reserved require support review. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Completed, delivered work is subject to quality review rather than an automatic refund promise.
Delivery and retention
We deliver reviewed 15-second vertical 720p MP4 videos with audio. Timing depends on model availability and review; there is no guaranteed instant delivery. Videos expire after 30 days, so download your copy. The service may pause generation during outages or quality checks.
AI processing and launch status
Generation uses KIE with Seedance 2.0 Mini as the initial candidate model. Reference videos on this site are external concept examples and are not evidence of our model quality. Purchase and generation availability depend on configured services and validated templates. These terms are a launch draft pending final merchant and business review.
